Policies

Deposit – a non-refundable £10 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Where an appointment is less than £10, a £5 appointment will be requested. Your appointment is not booked until the deposit is paid. This will be requested via email.

Reschedule or Cancellation – appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before. Anything within the 48-hour window will be required to pay 50% of the appointment value. If this continues, you will be required to pre-pay for all appointments going forward. You may reschedule outside of the 48-hour window. Your deposit will be transferable but non- refundable as stated in the deposit policy.

Discretion may be used in extreme circumstances.
